A restorative interactive workshop that goes beyond the Kegel

and will set the foundations for having a core and a pelvic floor that will do what it is meant to do which is be strong during movement.

Leaking is common, but it's not normal.

Go beyond the Kegels and learn better more functional techniques that are evidenced-based and actually work. No one pee's themselves standing still. It's usually during movement, so we need to train the core and pelvic floor for movement.

Your core will become strong from the inside, creating better posture, balance and power in your daily movements.

The tools provided in this workshop are also preventative strategies serving any woman who wants to make sure their pelvic health does not decline as they age.

This workshop is for you if you answer 'yes' to any of the following:

You've been doing Kegels for a while but they're not helping.

I'm a Women's Wellbeing Practitioner and Holistic Personal Trainer.

I'm also trained in Occupational Therapy, Nutrition & Mindset Coaching, Advanced Postnatal Wellness & The 3rd Age - Peri to Post Menopause (coming soon).

I'm passionate about sharing evidenced-based holistic education and tools to women so that they can be stronger; mentally, physically and emotionally.

I'm on a mission to empower women to redesign a life where they prioritise their health and wellbeing. I endeavour to deliver the holistic self-care that women so desperately need.
